Aroma/Flavor

Traditional Vidal grape flavors - pear, honey, and notes of flowers

Peaches, passionfruit, hints of pineapple and passionfruit.

Figs, blackberry and hints of cranberry.

Bright berry notes.

Hints of strawberry.  Mellow and soft on the palate with raisin and honey notes.  Fine, mousse-like bubbles are bright on the palate.

Food Pairings

Apple and almond tarts, lemon cheesecake and pie. Goat cheese and pear crostini are excellent.
