Highlights

Crisp, highlights of minerality with notes of apple and quince.  Light finish notes of toasted marshmellow.

Peach, citrus and lavender.  Mineral finish.

Grapefruit and citrus.  Hints of oak and apple.

Mild spicey notes with floral aromas.

Rich tropical palate.  Mineral finish.

Aromatic nose of citrus and passion fruit, similar to Sauvignon Blanc.  Crisp.

Fruity, mellow, but not grapey.

Sea bass or lemon garlic chicken.  Hard cheeses, including Parmesan.

Salmon, turkey, or pork loin.

Shrimp, turkey, pork, and ham.  Especially good with smoked fish and seafood.
