Wonderfully aromatic: a crisp, attractively citrus, fruity and moderately dry wine. Our Seyval Blanc, which will remind you of a Sauvignon Blanc, is made entirely in glass-lined tanks as we feel that wood would mask this wine's delicate character. Fermentation is also cool and slow to maintain the maximum of the special aromatics in this wine. Excellent with cheeses, fish and salads.
