In its final appearance, Painting the Faces of Chautauqua will return to The Westfield Train Station Labor Day Weekend. Created by nationally known and award winning artist Katherine Galbraith, all 44 portraits will be on display. Katherine painted each portrait from life in her 3rd Floor Studio located in Westfield, NY. This collection of portraits has been written up in Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine by Peter Trippi, Editor in Chief, and The Art of the Portrait Magazine, as well as local newspapers and television. Some of the portraits have won national awards and have been exhibited across the country, including the Vero Beach Museum of Art in Florida.
For the first time, these paintings will be offered for sale. They may be purchased individually or as a collection. They will be on display at the Westfield Train Station, Westfield, NY, throughout the Labor Day Weekend.
This reception will feature Johnson Estate wines along with cheese & charcuterie boards from Johnson Estate's outdoor venue, FLIGHT.
