Aromas and flavors of crushed apple, prairie flowers, hint of banana runts, and banana cake with buttercream with a silky, crisp, fruity sweet light-to-medium body and an even, interesting, medium-long finish that presents notes of peach and lemon sorbets, apple sauce, and wisp of river stones with no oak flavor.
